Denco Pest Control offers a variety of Residential Pest Control\ Services to meet your individual needs. Better yet, we offer these services without lengthy service agreements that force customers into paying for a service they don't need or want.
Quarterly Service
Our office staff will call quarterly to schedule a time with the customer. This service covers both the inside and outside perimeter of the residence, for several insects such as ants, spiders, crickets, scorpions and millipedes.
This is a seasonal service that will target pests that invade structures during the time of year the service is done.
There are no additional startup fees or binding clauses in the service agreement.
Each service is guaranteed for 90 days.
Exterior Only Service
After controlling an interior pest problem, some customers choose to keep pest invaders at bay with a quarterly outside perimeter service.
By controlling pest from the exterior mulched areas where they live and breed, this service can make a sizeable difference in the numbers of pest that make it indoors.
Customers may choose to get the interior serviced on a "as needed" basis.
Monthly Service
This is a good service for the control of significant flea or German roach infestations, because of the rapid breeding cycles of both of these insects.
Denco may recommend customers start on a monthly service initially, then allow the customer to start a quarterly or "on call" service.
This service comes with a 30-day warranty.
On Call Service
Denco understands that some people are looking for a program in which the customer decides how often a service is provided.
The technician will only come when the customer calls and sets up an appointment. This is a good program for customers that may only want pest control seasonally, or for the customer that spends the majority of their time out of town.
The "on call" service covers the control of ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, scorpions and crickets.
